What are Amazon returns?
Retailer returns are products sent back to a retailer or seller. After processing, some goods may be resold through liquidation and wholesale channels. They can range from unopened items to open-box goods, used merchandise, incomplete sets or nonworking products. The condition and mix depend on the shipment.
Will THE DIG. carry Amazon returns?
THE DIG. is preparing a discount-shopping concept centered on rotating inventory. Some shipments may contain merchandise originally sold through Amazon and other major retailers. We cannot promise any specific brand, product category, quantity or condition on a given day.
Independence notice: THE DIG. is independently operated and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon.
How to shop returns more confidently
- Read condition labels and inspect packaging before buying.
- Check for accessories, charging cables, instructions and missing pieces when possible.
- Compare the complete price and condition with similar items sold new.
- Ask staff about current testing and return policies before checkout when the store opens.
